1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products. Everly reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Products & Use
Everly offers natural, herbal formulations including hair oils, shampoos, and pain relief sprays. Our products are intended for personal care and topical use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow the usage instructions on the product label. 3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Everly. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g. pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock limits). Payment is processed in INR (or local currency as displayed) via our payment partner (e.g. Razorpay). You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that all details are correct.
4. Intellectual Property
The Everly name, logo, website design, product packaging, and all content on this Site are owned by Everly or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
