Shipping Policy

1. Overview
Everly ships our herbal hair care products (hair oil, shampoo, etc.) and pain relief spray to addresses within our service areas. This policy outlines delivery timelines, shipping charges, and how we handle delays or issues. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy.
2. Service Areas
We currently deliver within India and, where indicated on the Site, to select international destinations (e.g. UAE/GCC). Serviceability depends on your pin code or location at checkout. If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you and offer a full refund if payment was already captured.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation. During sale periods or high demand, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you if there is any significant delay. Products are packed with care to avoid damage during transit (e.g. leak-proof packaging for oils and sprays).
4. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery from dispatch:
- Domestic (India): 3–7 business days depending on pin code and courier partner.
- International (if applicable): 7–14 business days; customs may cause additional delay.
These are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control. You will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping above a minimum order value or for specific promotions; such offers will be clearly stated on the Site. International orders may incur higher shipping and customs duties (payable by the recipient where applicable).
6. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. We are not liable for failed or delayed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a shipment is returned to us due to wrong address or recipient unavailability, we may arrange a re-shipment at additional cost or process a refund after deducting applicable shipping charges (see Refund Policy).
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date for lost parcels) with your order number and, if possible, photos. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, replace the product or refund you in line with our Refund Policy.
