Refund & Returns Policy
How we handle refunds and returns for Everly products.

1. Overview
At Everly, we want you to be satisfied with your herbal hair care and pain relief products. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how we offer refunds or returns. Please read it before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We may accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged product: If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, or not as described (e.g. wrong item, expired or compromised quality), contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping where applicable).
- Non-delivery or lost in transit: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window and the tracking shows no movement or confirms loss, we will refund the full order amount or reship at our discretion.
- Wrong address / courier return: If the order was shipped to an incorrect address provided by you, or returned to us because the recipient was unavailable, we may refund the product amount after deducting shipping and handling costs, or offer a re-shipment at additional charge.
- Change of mind / not satisfied: Due to the nature of personal care and topical products (hair oil, shampoo, pain relief spray), we generally do not accept returns once the seal is broken or the product has been used, for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be eligible for return within 7–14 days of delivery, subject to our approval; a restocking or shipping fee may apply. Contact us before returning.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return
Email us at support@everly.com with your order number, reason for return/refund, and (where relevant) photos of the product or packaging. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions. Do not ship the product back unless we explicitly ask you to; for defective items we may request photos or return of the product. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (or as store credit where offered) once we have verified the claim.
4. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we approve your request. Depending on your bank or payment provider (e.g. Razorpay, card issuer), it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. We will notify you once the refund has been initiated.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We may not offer a refund if: (a) the product was used or the seal was broken (except in case of defect); (b) the return request is made after the allowed period; (c) the product was damaged due to misuse or improper storage; (d) the request is fraudulent or abusive. Shipping charges may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns unless we are at fault.
6. Product-Specific Notes
Our herbal hair oils and shampoos are formulated for external use only; results may vary. Our pain relief spray is for topical application as per the label. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and contact a healthcare professional; you may also contact us for a possible refund if the product was faulty or mislabelled.
